Precision Machining
Completo undertakes various types of machining jobs which can be of simple turning centre or vertical centre job to a complicated part which consist of various conventional and CNC operations with heat treatment, polishing and surface coating.
The jobs undergo inspection and testing processes to ensure the quality needs, which is further properly documented and communicated to the customer before the dispatch.
The machine capacity includes VMC , CNC Turning Centres and other conventional machines with a full-fledged inspection department. Services includes,

Mould/Die Inserts
Completo supports its customers by supplying die inserts and cutting elements for moulds and press tools. The mould inserts are largely made out of steel grades like Stavax, Orvar Supreme, 1.2344, 1.2311 and 1.2738.
Punch/die inserts for press tools are made out of steels like 1.2379, 1.3343, K340, YXR33 and Carbides.
