Completo engages in manufacturing and supply of precision forged components made out of ferrous/non-ferrous metals catering to various industries like Valve, Automotive, Pump, Electrical and Engineering Industries. Machine capacity includes forging screw presses in the range of 50 tons to 400 tons and 0.5 drop hammer.
From die development to precision machining after forging, Completo always ensures that the components meet the customer standards and the quality requirement.

Forging Dies
Completo is specialised in manufacturing of forging dies by using various steel grades as per the die design of the customer
- Hot and warm forging dies in 1.2344
- Cold forging dies in high-speed steel, 1.3343
- Hammer forging dies in 1.2714 steel
- Heat treatment in vacuum furnace with three tempering
- Polishing of the dies to get extra life after EDM and wire cutting operations
- Nitriding and special surface coating of the dies if it is suggested by the customer
- High performing coining and embossing die inserts
