Completo undertakes various types of machining jobs which can be of simple turning centre or vertical centre job to a complicated part which consist of various conventional and CNC operations with heat treatment, polishing and surface coating.

Die Inserts

Completo supports its customers by supplying die inserts and cutting elements for moulds and press tools. The mould inserts are largely made out of steel grades like Stavax, Orvar Supreme, 1.2344(H13), 1.2311(P20) and 1.2738(Modified P20) . Punch/die inserts for press tools are made out of 1.2379(D2, SKD 11), 1.3343(M2), K340, YXR33 and Carbides.

Forging Dies

CCompleto is specialised in manufacturing of forging dies by using steels of grades 1.2379(D2), 1.3343(M2), YXR33, 1.2344(H13) and 1.2714 as per the die design of the customer.
